"Coming from a mix of limestone and schist soils, the NV La Buvette (60/40 Grenache and Carignan) has a Beaujolais-like character as well as perfumed notes of strawberries, violets, and exotic spices. It’s geared for near-term drinking, yet it’s certainly charming, well-made, and about as easy-drinking as it gets."

"The NV Castelmaure displays a dark red robe and has an effusive almost candied red and black berry aroma. On the palate it is soft on entry and reveals excellent balance and freshness with medium dry tannins. This wine will drink well chilled.
