"The 2020 Barbaresco Bricco Fasèt is laced with dark cherry, plum, spice, leather, dried herbs, menthol, lavender and graphite, giving the 2020 a feeling of somber intensity. Deceptive in its mid-weight structure, the 2020 is a young, tannic wine that will benefit from another year or more in bottle. This is the first vintage in which the Fasèt is made just from the south-facing side of the vineyard (fruit from the north-facing portion is sold to another producer)."
