"A 100% Cabernet Franc wine aged entirely in amphora, interesting and worth looking for. Falls on the extremely austere side right now but has a ton of white pepper spice, a slate-filled tannic hold and raspberry/redcurrant fruits. I am interested to see how it ages, not the easiest to approach right now. Drinking Window 2022 - 2028"
