Bright ruby color with violet hues. On the nose it is very intense and fresh, transmitting all the varietal authenticity of the Monastrell, Arcos and Bonicaire. On the palate, the purity of the fresh fruit stands out, with a light, velvety, fluid and persistent. It is a medium-bodied wine with very fine tannins.
Due to its delicacy, it is a very appropriate wine for different dishes. Especially for tapas (fried fish, salads) and rice dishes (paella, arròs al forn, rabbit and snail rice, arròs a banda, caldero ...).
"The 2024 Luis XIV Ánforas is a young and light Mediterranean red produced with a blend of 75% Monastrell, 15% Giró, 5% Arcos and 5% Bonicaire with low extraction. It fermented in small stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts—a must for all their wines—and aged in tinaja for six months. It's aromatic, floral, perfumed, elegant and very attractive. It has a juicy, medium-bodied palate, with good ripeness and 13.4% alcohol, and it keeps the freshness and balance with a pH of 3.63. It has fine tannins and is approachable and easy to drink. It's really delicious. 9,500 numbered bottles produced. - Luis GUTIERREZ"
