"Black garnet color. Aromas of crushed berries in chocolate genache, dried figs and dates, heather, and honey with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a peppery, elegant, long rosemary, orange zest, mulling spices, and black tea finish with chewy tannins and heavy oak. A bold and balanced, slightly herbal Cabernet Sauvignon for steaks now or after a cellaring."
"Silky, structured and subdued, this wine shines in black pepper, leather and tobacco, with a dash of underlying dark chocolate. More savory than fruit forward, it has lively acidity and integrated oak and plenty of structure for aging. Enjoy best 2020 through 2023. - Virginie Boone"
"Smooth, youthful and concentrated, this wine offers earthy graphite and tobacco around a midpalate of well-developed, lively acidity and fresh black fruit. Tenacious in oak and tannin, it needs time to develop further; enjoy best 2024–2029. - Virginie Boone"
