"The 2021 Black Series Chardonnay wasproduced with grapes from the south,Malleco, on two different soils—volcanicand granite. It's from a cool year, and thewine was cropped at 13.5% alcohol andretained a touch of sugar, making itrounder. "The 2021 Chardonnay Black Series from Traiguén, Malleco, and was aged in 35% new oak barrels. A greenish yellow hue. The nose presents austere lime, acacia and aniseed notes over a layer of green apple, oak and hazelnuts and hints of ginger zest. Centered by the freshness (this white is all about the balanced acidity), it has a packaged, creamy texture before the long-lasting, malic finish. - Joaquín Hidalgo"
