Produced from old vines Merseguera (Gobelet / bush vines) with no irrigation and planted at 540 meters of altitude.
Intense yellow color, with orange reflections. On the nose it is very intense, with floral and fruity sensations reminiscent of a Mediterranean garden. In the mouth it has good tension, with medium tannins and very persistent aromas. Fine tannins.
It is a very intense white wine, which perfectly accompanies meat or fish-based rice dishes from Alicante, as well as different stews and seafood tapas.

"The white 2023 Luis XIV Brisat was produced with 60% Merseguera, 30% Verdil and 10% Moscatel de Alejandría following the old tradition of fermenting the whites with skins (called "brisat" locally). It has a slightly deeper color, a shy nose and a clean but not so expressive palate with some balsamic and herbal flavors in the finish and a dry sensation. It has contained ripeness, only 11.4% alcohol and moderate acidity (it went through malolactic fermentation). 2,400 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2024. - Luis GUTIERREZ"

"This blush-colored wine has a nose of stewed apricot and slivered almond. It is full textured and offers apricot, white peach, Valencia orange, jasmine and toasted-almond flavors. Twin notes of salinity and florality sail into a vivid finish. - Mike DeSimone."
