"The 2024 Las Blancas Tradicionales was produced with traditional white grapes, which is the name of the wine too, and is a blend of 50% Verdil, 40% Merseguera and 10% Moscatel de Grano Menudo matured in tinaja. It has a pale golden color and a balsamic nose that is medicinal and redolent of bay leaf, white flowers (jasmine), fennel, herbs and pollen. It has a lively and vibrant palate, with very good acidity and freshness, a contained 12.3% alcohol and a tasty, salty, bone-dry finish. This is a very good debut. 4,267 numbered bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024. - Luis GUTIERREZ"
