"Medium gold-hued, the 2023 Saint-Péray M shows solid aromatics of quince, grilled pineapple, brioche, and flowers. It's medium to full-bodied and has a pure, layered, incredible mouthfeel, nicely integrated acidity, and outstanding length. It's one of the bigger, richer Saint-Pérays in the vintage, and you could line this up against a solid Hermitage with no issues. This beauty will shine on the dinner table over the coming 7-8 years.
