"A new wine from Drew honoring co-owner Molly Drew’s maiden name, the 2023 Syrah Cuvee Nicholas is blended from one barrel each from the estate, Perli, and Valenti vineyards. A wealth of combustible spice aromas and flavors jump out, from anise and white pepper, adding to the complex swirl of lifted salinity.
