"Medium straw color. Bright citrus and orchard fruit with hints of Mediterranean herbs on the nose. Medium weight and mouthfilling on the palate with saline notes and a chalky finish. 100% Vermentino sourced from two vineyards in the southern Maremma with distinctly different soils located near Manciano (clay soils) and Pitigliano (tufa soils). A portion (30%) of the grapes are macerated on the skins for 10 days before fermentation with native yeasts. Aged 4 months in concrete tanks."
