"The 2016 Lirac Cuvée Réservée, another terrific wine from this estate, is mostly Grenache blended with 30% Syrah and 10% each of Cinsault and Mourvèdre. Destemmed and brought up all in tank, this medium to full-bodied effort has loads of chocolate covered cherries, candied violets, lavender, and earthy minerality in its medium to full-bodied, ripe, sexy profile. It’s one delicious mouthful of fruit and will continue delivering the goods for another 4-6 years."
