"Black cherries, blackberries, violets, and peppery garrigue emerge from the 2025 Rasteau Les Valats, a terrific, juicy, delicious effort. Based on 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah from stony clay and limestone soils at up to 350 meters, it was raised entirely in tank and bottled 10 to 12 months after the harvest. It's medium-bodied, round, and supple on the palate, with nicely integrated tannins. It's already drinking nicely yet will keep for 7-8 years. Drink 2026-2034."
