"The flagship white here, the 2025 Châteauneuf Du Pape La Fontaine Blanc is all Roussanne that was aged 10 months in half new and half older barrels. Exotic stone fruits, white flowers, white peach, and a touch of minty, garrigue-like nuances all emerge from the glass. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has a pure, layered, balanced mouthfeel, wonderful purity, and a great finish. It shows the riper side of the vintage while staying balanced and light on its feet. It's a beautiful, exotic expression of Roussanne to drink over the coming 7-8 years. Drink 2026-2034."
