"The 2012 'Les Origines' is elegant and refined, showing a bit more depth than the traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Grand Veneur. Aromas of fresh blackberries, cassis and a hints of cherries followed by wet stones, floral and touch of licorice all come together and leap from the glass. It possesses a medium to full body, which is nicely structured, remaining focused through the racy finish. Still need time, but nice potential here. (Best 2015-2022)"
