"This old vine Garnacha Blanca and Clairette led blend sees some skin contact and partial fermentation and aging in wood. The result is an impressive, multi-faceted wine revealing a perfumed bouquet and beautifully balanced and fresh, densely flavored wine with elements of white peach, pear, citrus along with herbal notes. A hand picked blend of biodynamically cultivated 30% Grenache, 20% Clairette, 15% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, 15% Marsanne, and 5% Picpoul and Bourboulenc from 40 year old vines grown on galet roules. Fermented in 90% stainless steel and 10% used casks; 205 of the wine aged in oak barrels for 6 months. - Don WINKLER"
