The NV Blanc de Blancs is a well-priced, vinous Champagne of noteworthy depth and energy. It reveals orchard fruit complemented by leesy citrus notes on the nose. These are mirrored on the palate with additional mineral and light autolytic notes. There’s lovely mid-palate depth, too. 100% Chardonnay with a minimum of 30 months en tirage."
