Fleshy and broad on the palate, offering juicy red fruit flavors and a touch of blood orange. Finishes on a sappy note, with solid, spicy punch and cling. This wine's heft will allow it to work with richer foods while its spiciness and tangy cut will serve it well alongside lighter fare, but it's definitely a rosé for food. - JR"
