Tactile, concentrated and quite dry, with its penetrating acidity supported by strong buffering extract. An energetic, structured Saint-Véran with noteworthy rising length. "The 2015 St Veran les Buis has a very attractive bouquet with yellow flowers, a touch of lavender, chalk and citrus lemon, gaining intensity all the time in the glass. The palate is very well balanced with a brisk, saline entry. It's a lively and tensile St Veran that has a lovely marine element on the finish that instantly makes me want to order a plate of oysters. This is excellent. - Neal Martin"
