"The 70% Chardonnay and 30% Semillon white 2018 Lágrima Canela feels balanced and fresh, balsamic and a little medicinal with moderate alcohol and nice acidity. It fermented in 300-liter French oak barrels, where the wine matured for eight months. It's nicely textured and has a long and clean finish.
