"The oaky, spicy and smoky 2014 Profundo, a red blend of Malbec with 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% each Merlot and Syrah, was first produced in 2001, and it has kept a classical profile, perhaps with a little less influence of the élevage (12 months in oak barrels). The fruit is ripe and comes through as very tasty. 15,000 bottles produced. It as bottled in February 2017. - Luis Gutiérrez"
