Pungent, almost exotic scents of tropical fruits, lime blossom and white pepper, with a pyrazine note that I might have confused with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Rich, slightly sweet and fleshy but nicely enlivened by lemon-limey acidity. Classic citrus and green fig notes are complemented by a lightly saline, tactile quality on the persistent finish.
