"13.5% alcohol; 80% Syrah with 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Mourvedre. Good bright, deep red. Highly complex, pure aromas of raspberry, spices, rose petal and wild herbs; an almost candied quality contributes appeal. Suave, smooth and fine-grained, showing a subtly saline character to the soil-driven flavors of strawberry, raspberry, smoke and musky minerality. Finishes with noble fine-grained tannins, noteworthy energy and excellent subtle persistence. I would have guessed this beauty had some Grenache in it. - Stephen Tanzer"
