"Beautiful kirsch liqueur, roasted garrigue, pepper, and Provençal black cherries emerge from the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape La Dame Voyageuse, which is 90% Grenache and the balance Syrah, Mourvèdre, Vaccarèse, and Counoise from the pebbly soils of the Le Bois de la Ville, Cabrières, and La Crau lieux-dits. Aged 10 months mostly in older barrels, it's medium-bodied, round, and supple on the palate, with good concentration and outstanding length. This is the estate's more Grenache-dominated cuvée, and it's always a more forward, charming effort, but this nevertheless brings solid depth and concentration. Drink it over the coming 10-15 years. Drink 2026-2041."
