"Lots of pretty spice, flowers, and sandalwood notes emerge from the 2020 Côte Rôtie Eminence, a pretty, elegant, medium-bodied barrel sample that has nicely polished tannins, outstanding balance, and a great finish. It shows the perfumed, floral side to the appellation yet still brings plenty of fruit and texture. It should shine with just a few years of bottle age and evolve for 15+."
