"The base 2019 Saint-Péray is brilliant and offers a gorgeous perfume of ripe apple and white currant fruits as well as mint and sappy white flowers, with ample background toast and nuttiness. Medium-bodied and concentrated, with both good acidity and a great mouthfeel, it's going to drink well for at least 5-7 years, most likely over a decade."
