"The 2012 Moulin-a-Vent Les Burdelines includes 20% whole cluster fruit and the 2012 was aged 20% in barrel, 20% in tank and 60% in foudres. It has a ripe and generous bouquet with mulberry, dark cherry and a touch of vanilla originating from the oak. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins and a fine line of acidity. This is very focused with impressive precision toward the finish and plenty of freshness. Just give it a year for the aromatics to settle. Drink 2015-2022. - Neal Martin "

"Deep ruby. Aromas of cherry and dark berries are complicated by hints of licorice, succulent herbs and violet. Chewy and focused on the palate, offering sappy, smoke-tinged blackberry and bitter cherry flavors that display very good depth and energy. A hint of gaminess emerges on the long, appealingly sweet and youthfully tannic finish, which leaves behind a juicy dark fruit note. - Josh Raynolds "
"The 2015 Moulin A Vent les Burdelines undergoes the same vinification as the Fleurie. I love the aromatics here: detailed redcurrant, mulberry and rose petal aromas that burst from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, very supple in the mouth with great tension and just the right amount of spiciness on the vivacious finish. What a great Beaujolais. This comes highly recommended.- Neal Martin "
