The wines is made from 100% Ciliegiolo, a grape variety that has found its most authentic expression in the hills of southern Tuscany. A wine that embodies the value of togetherness and friendship.
Sourced from two 60-year-old vineyards and one 20-year-old vineyard, located on the border between the municipalities of Manciano and Capalbio, at altitudes ranging from 200 to 300 meters above sea level.

Concentrated ruby-red wine with vivid purple highlights. It offers an aromatic profile of ripe black cherry and plum layered with distinct spicy and peppery notes. On the palate, it is light, agile, with vibrant tannins that keep the wine fresh and satisfying to drink.

Vinification
No irrigation. The harvest is by hand, without sorting table upon arrival, we made the selection during the harvest. The grapes go to the tank destemmed. 15 days of maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°C, spontaneus fermentation, ml fermentation. pump over during the maceration. one racking every 40 days, 3 racking in total during the aging. Aging in cement tanks, 2 months aging in bottle.
