The oldest winery in the Canary Islands and among the ten oldest in Spain. We maintain some vines from the 19th century that mature on the slope and are hand-picked, one by one. The fire, wind, and rock create extreme conditions from which wines with a marked character and personality are born, with which we discover the soul of a unique land and climate in the world.
