Vinification
A selection of tempranillo grapes is picked manually and goes for fermentation into stainless steel micro deposits. Traditional treading of the grapes with the feet to stimulate intra cellular fermentation of the grapes. Once it is completed we only select the central part of the deposit (or corazón) for this wine.
