Vinification
Drip irrigation is used. The grapes are harvested by machine. We do not sort the grapes at the winery. The grape are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tank using pumpovers. This wine has 7% Teroldego and the balance is Merlot. The wine is aged in stainless steel with French oak chips for 6 months. No fining was done but the blend was sterile filtered into the bottle. The RS is 3g/L and the TA is 5.5g/L
