Golden yellow wine with greenish tones, its aromatic notes are reminiscent of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. You can also find notes of orange blossoms neatly combined with aromas and flavors of vanilla and spices, due to its passage through French oak.

Vinification
Harvested by hand in 39-pound cases. Selection of bunches at the winery. Direct pressing of whole bunches with minimal pressure. Controlled temperature during fermentation. 75% of the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, and 25% of the must in new French oak barrels where it remains for 6 months.
