The nose is intense and complex, with delicate floral aromas complemented by notes of fresh red berries, citrus fruits and subtle hints of hazelnut.
On the palate, it is silky and well-balanced, with refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Vinification
Made from Garnacha grapes sourced from dry-farmed bush vines between 60 and 110 years old. The vineyards are located in the village of Cervera de la Cañada, on the banks of the Ribota River. The different vineyard plots are distributed between the Ribota and Manubles valleys that surround the Sierra de Armantes.
After 4–5 hours of skin maceration, the must is fermented for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 16–18°C. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine remains on its fine lees, enhancing its aromatic complexity and providing a smoother, creamier mouthfeel.
