Top cuvée of the property , first vintage was 2020. The winemaker is Nina Mitjavile. 

The label comes from an 1861 Pitray label found in the cellar. The Property has a High Environmental Value certificate level 3, which is the highest.

The nose of crushed blackberries and liquorice evolves into green mint notes, revealing its 100% Merlot blend. The deep garnet color betrays the high maturity of this great vintage. The suave attack on the palate quickly combines with a beautiful but very well integrated tannic presence. Full of aromes ofred very riped fruits.

Harvest: last generation harvesting machine with on-board grape selection.
2 other grape selection including one handed, before filling the tanks.
Vinification: thermo-regulated concrete tank.
Maceration: 2 weeks at 25°C, 2 weeks at 30°C
Ageing: 1/3 of the wine was aged in Oak barrels (33% new / barrels are Super fine Blend Pure from Radoux) and 2/3 in concrete tanks.
The wine is then aged in bottle for another 24 months to ensure the wine is perfectly balanced and the oak well integrated.
