Light golden pale straw color. Dry & fresh with almond notes and hints of yeast. The mouth is slightly soft, without being sweet. The palate is round and fat with an excellent structure, volume and character, yet still very fresh and saline. Well-balanced, delicate and complex with a long, persistent finish.
