This ruby red colored wine with purple glints develops red fruits aromas and spicy overtones. In the mouth, this wine is smooth and its supple structure emphasizes aromas. Fruit-forward and easy drinking wine showing light spices and silky tannins. A perfect everyday wine.

The vineyards are located next to the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape in Courthezon which means same terroir, old vines (Average of 50 years old) mostly round pebbles and same blend GSM with a large majority of Grenache. The vineyards are hand harvested for the large majority and wine exhibits ripe fruits, roundness, mediterranean spices with smooth and silky tannins.

100% Destemmed.
4 weeks fermentation with skin contact maceration in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over (remontage) and releases. Controlled temperature at 27 to 32°C.
It is followed by 9 months maturing in concrete.
No oak ageing in order to offer the purest expression of the GSM and Terroir.

This delicious juicy wine can be enjoyed now with steak frites, any Mediterranean dishes, pizzas, grilled chicken and cheese.
