Nitida Sauvignon Blanc Durbanville
South Africa - Western Cape - Durbanville

Around 85% of the grapes for this wine were sourced from Nitida farm itself, with the balance coming from the neighboring farms, to bring more complexity to this example of Durbanville terroir.

A dazzling dance of nectarine, pawpaw and pink fleshy guava envelops the palate, as hints of orange orchid and white pepper spice swoop in for the finale.

Wine Type

Grapes were harvested in 25 different pickings over a time span of 6 weeks.

The zesty citrus and floral notes inspire a pairing of pan seared scallops, served with lemon caper sauce.
