Collier Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Lodi Big Rooster
Peltier Winery and Vineyards
United States - California - Lodi

Nestled in the heart of the Lodi appellation, where farmland runs as far as the eye can see, Collier Creek is a place that reminds us of simpler times. With notes of dark fruit, vanilla and full bodied, we're cocky about how good this Cabernet is. The Big Rooster lands in dry and fruit-forward on the finish.

Very rich and ripe, this lip-smacking wine has abundant grapey jammy blackberry-like aromas and flavors, and a broad, mouth-filling texture. It’s well-backed by moderate tannins to balance out all that fruit.
