"The 2019 Chardonnay Deconstructed Lake District Bokkeveld Shale CY95 is much more tensile and edgier than the CY96, taut and very fresh, and more mineral-driven by direct comparison. The palate is medium-bodied and focused, delivering fine definition, a killer line of acidity, and hints of popcorn, almond and orange zest toward the finish. Quite peppery on the aftertaste.
