"From calcareous soils, the 2022 Aiurri is deep and dark in color, mostly Tempranillo, though the vineyard also has Graciano, Garnacha, white varieties, and some unknown varieties that end up in the final product. It has a powerful entry of firm tannin, graphite, tobacco, and dried-herb, all full-bodied intensity and sinewy texture. French oak of different sizes was used for aging 16 months, with a portion set aside 18 months in concrete amphorae. Drinking window 2030-2042."
