"The super young 2025 Las Blancas Tradicionales was produced with traditional white varieties from an ungrafted old vineyard planted with a field blend and a younger plot of Macabeo, so this year it's 75% Verdil, 20% Macabeo and 5% Moscatel de Grano Menudo, fermented in stainless steel and indigenous yeasts. It's primary and very Mediterranean, with notes of aromatic herbs, aniseed and fennel, and it has a lively and fresh palate with an ethereal twist and a bone-dry finish with a salty twist. It has very good acidity and freshness, with 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.26 and six grams of acidity. A total of 6,750 individually numbered bottles were produced. - Luis GUTIERREZ"
