"More expensive, the 2014 El Anejon is a parcel selection and is 84% Tempranillo, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Merlot that spent a year in French oak. It’s another beautiful, full-bodied, powerful Ribera del Duero and has a deeper bouquet of black fruits, tobacco, road tar, black olives, and graphite. Slightly more inward and reserved, yet concentrated and serious, give bottles another year or two and it’s going to shine for 15+ years or more. It’s another brilliant wine from this estate."
