Collier Creek Sauvignon Blanc Lodi Spring Willow
Peltier Winery and Vineyards
United States - California - Lodi

Nestled in the heart of the Lodi appellation, where farmland runs as far as the eye can see, Collier Creek is a place that reminds us of simpler times. Spring Willow Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious example of how well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Lodi can be. The wine has citrus and lemongrass aromas, with a light and crisp mouthfeel and a refreshing finish.

The wine greets you with aromas of lemongrass and honeydew. On the palate are hints of sweet citrus, passionfruit and grapefruit. This pale straw wine offers high acidity that is bright and balanced all the way through to a long and citrus finish.
