"The classic cuvée of this brilliant team, the 2025 Châteauneuf Du Pape Le Miocène Blanc again checks in as 60% Clairette and 40% Roussanne raised in stainless steel for 6 months. Medium gold-hued, it has subtly reductive notes of fresh white peach, stone fruits, mint, and crushed stone on the nose. Medium-bodied on the palate, it has a balanced, pure, graceful mouthfeel, a touch of that classic Southern Rhône bitterness (and I mean that in a good way), and a great finish. It's a very classic, impeccably made Châteauneuf-du-Pape white to drink over the coming decade. Drink 2026-2036."
