"Conjuro is a blend of Malbec with 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, aged entirely in French oak. It's more tannic than Profundo with more concentration and acidity, but also the perfume that's the hallmark of the Uco Valley. Like most Bressia reds, this needs time in bottle. Drink: 2015-22"
