"(aged in new and used American oak barrels for a year) Lurid ruby. A vibrant, perfumed nose displays fresh red and dark berry and pipe tobacco scents, along with hints of vanilla and cola. Supple and broad on entry, then tighter in the midpalate, offering intense raspberry liqueur and spicecake flavors and a hint of candied rose.
