"The 2015 Julienas les Bottieres, which is aged 80% in foudres, has a red plum and cranberry-scented bouquet that is nicely defined. The palate is fresh on the entry, quite lithe in the mouth with supple tannin. I appreciate the purity of fruit here and there is a pleasant sour cherry, almost saline note on the finish. For twenty bucks this is a winner. - Neal Martin"
