Rubus Reserve Pinot Noir is sourced from Russian River Valley. It shows complexity with raspberry and cherry notes that dance on the tongue.

Hand harvest. Sorting table upon arrival. 100% destemmed.
Punch down and pump over. Maceration for 14 days at 84°F.
Racking once a year.
Aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months. 25% new and 75% used. (Medium + toast)
