Couvreur Alba Whisky (Chapter One)
France - Burgundy - Bouze-Les-Beaune

Alba is the result of Couvreur's passion for whiskies and wines and the encounter with Angélique and Quentin Bourse (from the Sot de l'Ange estate located in Azay-le-Rideau in the Loire Valley, France) who gave them one of their freshly emptied Chenin Blanc cask.
Matured for 17 years in Fino and 5 additional years in Chenin, Alba is a very subtle, pure and delicate spirit that shows that whiskies' flavors can be long and complex without peat expression.

Alba boasts a golden light color and offers aromas of white wine, honey and subtle oak nuances. It is round, mellow and deep in the mouth with beautiful energy. Chenin grape flavors on the finish with a touch of vanilla and white flower. A complex and long aftertaste.

The label has a drop shape, just like the Sot de l'Ange label.
