Le Rhum Selon Michel Couvreur
France - Burgundy - Bouze-Les-Beaune

This is the first time Michel Couvreur Whiskies makes a mature Rum. The challenge was to give a Michel Couvreur soul to a rum with their Sherry barrels maturation.
It is a blend of 2 different rums from the French West Indies : a rum from Martinique distilled in 2012 and a rum from Guadaloupe distilled in 2015.
It is dry, no addition of sugar but very smooth and delicate because they only used Cane Sugar spirit.
No water, natural strength 52% with a subtle and complex length.
